    Occupancy is projected to start in early Summmer 2012.

    On Friday afternoon, January 20th, 2012, the building celebrated the Roof Topping (completion of the roof structure). The roof topping event was attended by over 80 of the building's construction workers as well as all the professional consultants associated with it. Also present were the principals of both companies with their colleagues and associates, as well as key staff from both Verdiroc Development Corp. and Forum Equity Partners Inc. Guests of honour were Councillor Michael Layton, the area's City Councillor as well as Councillor Ana Bailao, Chair of the Affordable Housing Committee of Council. In addition, several senior City staff attended this event. At this point about 30 units are still available for rental..
